We purchased a new washer and dryer from Home Depot but the washer did not perform as they promised - it did not clean a king sized comforter. The store had Via come to the house and determine if the washer was working properly. I was initially disappointed because Via changed the service time window from 2-5 to 1-4 and I was unable to get home from work in time. After rescheduling, the technician arrived, checked the washer and determined it was working properly. Via's technician, Drew, spoke with the manufacturer, determined it was not able to wash a king sized comforter, coordinated a return by providing an SR#. Drew's effort made up for the initial disappointment and got us pointed in the right direction.
