Most units come with a 1 year manufacturer’s limited warranty, but the lifetime of modern appliances is generally much longer. We provide the same services for appliances regardless of warranty status.
The only difference is the party responsible for payment.
There is a $120.00 (or $127.20 for D.C.) service call charge for the original diagnosis of an appliance, and any parts and labor are additional. Payment for the diagnosis and labor is due to the technician at the service appointment and payment for parts and shipping is due prior to the placement of the order. The technician will be able to provide a quote once they complete the diagnosis. We never charge labor by the hour. The price of a repair should always be based on the job itself. Don’t let other companies dawdle and waste your time as they run up your bill.
